Please note, we occupy two suites in our building. Initial and surgical appointments take place on the second floor in suite 200, hygiene appointments take place on the first floor in suite 100. For mobility challenged patients scheduled to be seen on the second floor, we offer two entrance options. A street-level ramp can be accessed from the north-front side of our building, and a lift is located through the courtyard on the lower level. Please let us know if you need assistance locating or entering our office.
Everyone deserves to have a great smile! For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, AmericanExpress, flex benefits cards (Health Savings Account cards), personal check and/or cash. If your treatment is extensive, financial coordinators are available to help you with meeting the financial commitment of your dental work. We work with Wells Fargo and existing Care Credit accounts to help you achieve oral health. These programs may allow you zero interest loans for your treatment. Talk with your Treatment Coordinator about your payment options.
You may also pay your bill online.
Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional), and PPO plans. We are not part of any managed care network. In most cases, you can see the provider of your choice regardless of benefit plan participation.
Our staff will prepare all of the necessary forms for your dental insurance carrier to review a claim. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Our staff may contact your insurance company in an eftort to estimate your liability. You should be aware that insurance companies vary greatly in the types and amounts of coverage available.
